The St. David's Music Series: 2014-2015 Season

In 2014-2015, we were delighted to  welcome the LUNAR Ensemble, directed by Gemma New, as the inaugural Ensemble-in-Residence at St. David's. We also celebrated the 39th year of the Baltimore Bach Marathon. Did you know: When Bach was in his 39th year, he would have just begun as Cantor at the Thomasschule in Leipzig, and Director of Music of the churches in the town; this is where his masterworks, including parts of the B Minor Mass and the entirety of the Passion According to Matthew, would be written.
