The 43rd Annual Baltimore Bach Marathon

March 17, 2019, from 1:00-6:00 pm

The 43rd Annual Baltimore Bach Marathon continues the tradition of providing some of the best offerings of Baroque music in Baltimore. This year we welcome a range of organists including Paul Byssainthe, Jr., Diane Luchese, Jordan Prescott, and Mi Zhou; chamber musicians Joelle Arnhold, Mark Janello, Laven Johanson, and Lura Johnson; a performance of the Art of Fugue by Director Music Douglas Buchanan; and two motets offered by the Choir of St. David's.

A suggested donation of $5 per hour attended supports the musicians you hear on the marathon. Refreshements are available for purchase beginning at 2 pm to sustain you through the musical feast. Come for a single performer, an hour, or for the whole event! Until then, be sure to visit our YouTube channel to hear past performance from the Marathon!
